Our 15-Day Return Guarantee
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Vint & York eyewear is right for you. Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
Final Sale & Discounted Items
Items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Items discounted under 50% remain eligible for return within our 15-day return window, unless otherwise noted.
Prescription & Custom Lens Policy
Due to their personalized nature, eyewear fitted with custom or upgraded lenses are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Blue light lenses
- Ultra-thin (1.74) lenses
- Photochromic lenses
- Progressive lenses
- RX sun or polarized lenses
- Bifocal or digital custom lenses

Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable
- If you request a prepaid return shipping label, a $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Return Conditions & Timing
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization
- All items must be returned in original condition, including:Eyewear caseCleaning clothAny included inserts or accessories
Items showing signs of wear or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Restocking Fee & Excessive Returns
To ensure fairness and pricing stability for all customers, a 15% restocking fee will apply under the following circumstances:
- If four (4) or more items are returned from a single order or multiple orders
- If four (4) or more items are returned within any 30-day period, regardless of how many orders were placed
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
